just read about newcastle's transfer activities. They've brought in Sylvain Marveaux, Yohan Cabaye and Mehdi Abeid.
Spurs ahve just signed some 16 year old forward who scored 9 in 4 at the U17 World Cup. Can't remember his name though.
I'm curious if Man City can actually fulfill all that potential and talent that they have and make a true legitimate run for that title. Arsenal, if they cannot keep Cesc away from Barcelona, need to make absolutely sure to not lose Nasri to United because then they are in trouble. And I think there is legitimate danger for the first time this year that they don't make CL, with City and Spurs gunning for them.... Wish Wenger would at least buy a quality proven striker like Benzema who is still young and is being cast aside by Mourinho despite being amazing when he got his opportunities... And a defender.. Of course if they do all this and manage to RETAIN Cesc, then maybe, just maybe they can make a run of their own.

Yeah I know. Its gotta be frustrating for the fans too because Wenger could very well lose Fabregas any moment now and from the sounds of it, they already have some good money saved up. I think Liverpool will bounce back as well. They've made some good moves and if they can get CL football, they'll decrease that debt. Jimmy, I seriously doubt that Tevez will end up at Real Madrid UNLESS Mourinho gets rid of one of Higuain or Benzema... The odds of them leaving this Summer are quite slim. Add to the fact that you have the likes of Ronaldo, Ozil, Di Maria, Kaka, Pedro Leon, and the probable arrival of Neymar, I just don't see how he'd get much time at all to play. Tevez will probably end up leaving to either Corinthians or maybe an Inter Milan... But if Man City cannot bring in Kun Aguero, then its possible he stays put.
I can't see tevez going either now to Real. The argentine transfer window closes at 4am BST and Man City, apparently, will listen to offers of 50 million or more for him.
^^^^Reports now are picking up steam on Kun Aguero making the move to Man City.. I'm really shocked if this is true because he made it clear during Copa America that he did NOT wanna go there.
Because just like last year. my trip to the UK this year includes a possible Carling Cup 4th round tie, I'll be keeping a close eye on that tournament again. Everton will be seeded in the second round, like last year, so we'll most likely get a League 2 side that has made it through. After that, we just have to win ONE fucking game and I'll get to see three live matches in a week in October. If we pull what we did last year in Brentford, I have already made up my mind to visit the lovely city of Coventry for two days. I've got some big plans in that place including getting my picture taken in front of Onslow and Daisy's old house from KUA.
^^^ yes and you have until 11.59pm, friday august 12th to get your picks in. Don't make me chase you lot up on it and slice you said you'd participate if QPR went up .
Apparently Aguero and his team are using City just like they did with Juve to force a move to Madrid... Atlethico do not like selling any player to Madrid, they want to explore every avenue before such a move.
I imagine Aguero is doing just that. From what I've heard, Atletico will not even sit down and talk to Florentino over a possible transfer to Real Madrid for Kun. Plus it seems that Madrid are not willing to match the 45 million euros that Atleti are demanding whereas City I hear can pay up to 50. I also hear that Aguero doesn't even wanna talk to the people at Atleti and he's not even planning on returning to the training. This all just shows that Aguero handled this wrong. He came out in May stating that he was gone and that was that, whereas what he should have done was ask the club to let him leave for Madrid then maybe it may have been done but since he's pissed off so many people, he won't get his wish. He may well have to end up staying at Atletico again.
