    Looks shit.
    This new 'Spider-Boy' is shit.

Plus it's got fucking Downey Jr all over it as well like he has some agreement with Marvel to appear in everything.

    Fuck him.

    Fuck it.

    93% - what's that as a proper rating/score, i.e. x-out-of-10 ?

    Home Page:
Wonder Woman started with 98% and ended up with 92%. Spiderman will probably drop to below 85%, which is still very good.

You're becoming a caricature of yourself. The guy who shits on all movies good or bad except for the Fast And Furious franchise.

Sorry, I meant it ´looks´ shit, using the adjective form, not the conjugated verb of to Look or to Be.

    Spiderman is a mediocre franchise.

It has been hit & miss. The first Sam Raimi one was okay. The second was excellent. The third was a mess, but had its moments. The two Andrew Garfield films were plain awful with the second one being the worst. Box office wise it has been a profitable franchise for Sony, but each succeeding sequel was more expensive than the previous one while its revenues kept shrinking. 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' budget was never revealed, but insiders claimed it went over $300 million plus another undisclosed large amount for marketing. That is why this film, that made $708 million worldwide, was considered by the studio as a box office dud and put on hold all the 'Spider-man Expanded Universe' plans on hold.

    Absolutely.
I can just about get past the first two movies with Toby´Superior-Spidey´ Maguire but after that, it falls apart and the ones with Garfield in I didnt give a 2nd watch.

Spider-man 2 is one of the best comic book movies ever made.

    amen, praise the Lord

good writing, real characters, a vein of wit/comedy running throughout, good actors, and still retaining the slick action scenes - in many ways set the blueprint for the later Marvel movies' success.

About 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' even with the good reviews I am still on the fence if I will go watch it this weekend. I mean the fact that it has Marvel's involvement, Tony Stark, the return of Michael Keaton to a comicbook film (I read he did an excellent job here) plus Marisa MILF Tomey makes me want to watch it, BUT all this DIVERSITY cast, drastic changes to the Spidey tale and the feel of REPETITION through out all the trailers (Peter's secret identity is discovered AGAIN by another character) makes me want to save my money and stay home.

Very good and fun movie. They need to stop saying that it's the best comic book movie ever made because it's not. Just like with Wonder Woman, too much hype.

That was the deal Sony cut with Marvel: "we let you use Spider-Man, but you will put Robert Downey/Iron-Man in a Spider-Man movie."

Saw this on Saturday. I quite enjoyed it but I wouldn't say that it's my favourite Spidey film.
