The Sound Garden Rules

1) No Attacks on Children: There is absolutely no attacking or even speaking about someone's child on this forum. I dont care if you are complimenting them. Keep children off of this forum. First time it happens, you are banned for 1 year.

2) No racial or ethnic slurs. This includes ALL Races. Examples (Spics, N-word, Hick, boner, Hillbilly, chank, towel Head, Etc. When addressing a member on this board) This will not be tolerated. We will no longer be moving Items with Racism to the Smacktalk Section. The first offense is verbal warning. Second Offense is a 3 Day Vacation. Third Offense is 10 days Vacation. 4th offense is a year or life. If someone attacks you Racially, please report the post or Contact a mod DO NOT retaliate with Racial Slurs. That could lead to you being banned also. Attacking members of this forum in connection with their race is prohibited. If the race of a member is brought up negatively in a debate that has nothing to do with Race, the offender may be warned or banned accordingly. This is with regards to blatant racism. Stuff not so blatant, will be handled by the mods in ways they see fit.

3) No offensive images without a NSFW Warning. There are people here who have jobs and should not have to worry about accidentally running into a questionable image while the boss is walking by. If you create the thread, make sure that you have NSFW in the title. DO NOT put it in the subject matter. By then its too late that image is loaded. If you did not create the thread and want to post an questionable image, ONLY post the Link and above the link list NSFW. This also applies to images in your signature. As for images that don't have nudity, but are controversial, this will be reviewed on a case by case basis with Anthony ultimately deciding the outcome.

4) No unusually large images. These slow down the forum and webpage loading times.

5) No Personal information about any forum member or forum member's family or friends is allowed. Unless that forum member personally releases that information on their own. That includes names, pictures, address, phone number, etc. This includes Information on a private facebook, myspace, etc. We respect our member's privacy here. So if a member who previously used his real name on the board and has suddenly decided that he doesn't want his name to be used anymore. We will respect that. And no longer use his full name. Especially his last name.
