Two of the biggest headcases in recent memory. What happens here? This reminds me, Jim Lampley, after having been ringside to see Kermit Cintron fight Antonio Margarito, and Margarito fight Paul Williams, all at 147....saying "Victor Ortiz might be the biggest welterweight I've ever seen" LOL fucking Lampley
Someone will quit. Could go either way. Cintron obviously hits harder but IMO he's mentally more fragile. I pick Ortiz.
Shitron had the mental toughness of Holyfield compared to Ortiz. Vicky was quite possibly the mentally weakest fighter in history.
I've never seen Cintron in a back and forth dragdown knockdown war the way we saw Ortiz with Maidana and Berto. Granted Ortiz quit against Maidana....but that was after a spectacular war and he was victorious against Berto. Cintron, however...just quit every time the going got tough...even going so far as to leaping out of teh ring! NO titlist in the history of boxing was as mentally weak as Kermit the frog.
I'm almost 100% positive that Ortiz was heavily juiced in the first Berto fight, which helped his performance. I feel there were times Shitron bit down harder and showed more guts than Ortiz, the Estrada fight being an example. If you took a chest xray of Ortiz, you'd see a vagina in place of a heart.
