Nice little family movie from director Cameron Crowe (Jerry Maguire). More dramatic than I thought it will be by exploring the themes of grieving, mourning of a loved one, parent-child rocky relationships and learning how to cope with adversity and move on. Good acting by Matt Damon and Scarlett Johanson. Elle Fanning is at her cutest here and the seven year old girl is a marvel to watch. She acts like an old pro. It was nice to see Thomas Hayden Church playing a likable character for once. Good film to watch with your family. 8/10
