That's is what Jonny "Bones" Jones is at right now. Don't expect him to stay at LHW much longer. Dude is BIG. He would be a welcome addition to the HW addition. Thoughts?
Bones has so much potential. I just hope he is getting the proper training. If he wins against bader in an impressive fashion, i will be very excited to see where he goes. 8% body fat at that weight is sick. How tall is he? I know i am 6'1 and have about 11% bf, but i am at 201. I dont think i can maintain that low percentage at 220.
He is 6'5". Saw a pic of him next to AA recently when they were training together at Jacksons. Bones looked way bigger than AA.
I cannot wait for Bader-Jones. Don't write Bader off just yet. Jones is an animal but Bader is also a guy that is huge for the weight.
Really looking forward to Bader/Jones. I consider Bader to have a very real chance to win. Will I be surprised if Jones kicks his ass, though? No. Jones looks like he can kick anyone's ass on any given night.
Don't get me wrong, GF, Maynard is a tough match for just about anyone at LW. But Maynard and Bader are controllers. They rely on their great wrestling to take a guy down and control them. Fairly one dimentional. Against most it works. Not Jones.

gotcha, school him is a bit harsh and you are probably right. I do think Jones is going to handle him though.
