agREED. It would be a good fight for a while, but Golata would eventually crumble due to Norton's pressure and body work.
agREED. As often as I bang the drum for Norton not being a HOF-level fighter, he's certainly good enough to win this one and any other against 'best of the rest' level competition.
Norton... to me, the only guys I ever pick to soundly beat him are bangers... give me a real serious hitter and I'll pick him to knock Kenny out any day of the week, even relatively limited bangers... but Golota, while not feather-fisted by any means, was not a real big hitter... I think it's a good even fight for a few rounds but Norton starts to cruise by the mid rounds and he stops Golota within 10... when Norton wasn't in awe of a guy's punch, he was an extremely difficult fighter for anybody... when a guy could seriously crack, he had a tendency to freeze up and just wait to get hit
