Thats what I was thinking until I seen his video. He actually thinks Mayorga has a real shot here. :tick:

 

not sure if mayorga's a serviceable foe for any top fighters at 154, but i question cotto's ability to take hard shots at this stage of his career. still, cotto should win rather easily imo.

 

Breakdown is as follows:

Mayorga talks alot of shit then delivers a disappointing performance in the ring, losing handily.

Hex-one admits that all previous Mayorga related posts were an attempt to make this sound like a tough fight for Cotto.

 

Apparently Hex is the only poster here who is truly pumped by this fight.

Too bad Mayorga is no longer relevant. A 24/7 with him would have been entertaining.

Amazing match up.... I can't believe this fight is finally taking place. And in my lifetime (provided I live another month). What luck.

This honestly has turned me into a glass is half full kind of guy. It also restored hope that Tyson-Wladimir isn't out of the question.

Mayorga is a funny guy.... but we all know after this ass whuppin he'll be kissing Cotto afterwards, so I dont take him seriously.

We've yet to see any evidence Mayorga is shot. So it's potentially a more competitive fight than most people think. Mayorga was near even on the cards with Mosley just over 2 years ago, remember.
