I'm talking about actual total vs "Adjusted total"

 

Well, I guess to be diplomatic, we should take a vote. I thought eliminating each persons worst performance would allow those who missed an event to stay interested in the competition. Godfather, Reed, etc are all regular MMA posters that missed the first event. And others missed the 2nd or 3rd event.

I'll get everyone's feedback and make a decision.

 

It should have been voted on from the beginning. No adding rules especially when it helps people who missed events. If I miss one, that's on me.

Some events you have us picking 8 fights. Others 4 or 5 fights. For an adjusted total to be fair, every event has to have the same point value otherwise, its not a level playing field. Toss the adjusted points.

 

That's actually a good point that I didn't consider. But Z had a point, the adjusted idea was not discussed before the contest started.

Consider the adjusted total DEAD. Those that missed events will just have to pick better.

 

Only a 4-5 point difference between the best and worst finishers this week so Newbraski keeps the top spot locked down.

 

I really should have paid attention from the beginning. There's no way I can catch up now.

Steve_Dave should have 6 points!!! This is all a sham, he would have won if his 6 points weren't taken away.

Oh, I was being generous. He never earned any points.

Actually the way I initially set the spreadsheet up accidently gave everyone a minimum of 1 point per fight. It didn't account for someone who didn't pick. That has been corrected and SD has the correct point total of NADA!

 

I like Zero better anyway.
