    The guy obviously has mental issues....but wouldn't be great to have a pre Bennt Morrison in the division right about now? Iknow I'm in the minority on this one but Ihave always thought Morrison was a better fighter than Cooney ever was

    Morrisson had tremendous natural physical talent. He was just dumb as fuck and far too fond of himself. A guy like Tommy under the tutelage of Steward, listening to what he is told and being forced to learn and do things he doesn't like would do wonders for him. Of course, Tommy knew best. He didn't lead a fighters life and paid the price for it.

    Yes, but he could have done better yet if he had the discipline and the tutelage. He did win a version of the title, and he did have some power and speed. He just didn't want to know about the lifestyle. As he said himself..."go fish"
