    He hasn't fought since July of last year, when he KO'd Joachim Alcine in one round.

    ^^^ The WBC created a huge mess in greenlighting Alvarez-Hatton as a vacant title fight. They should've just kept it as for their stupid Silver title.

    Now, Vanes Martirosyan is fighting for the vacant silver title, as a makeup call for being passed over for this fight.

    Rhodes and Angulo, both also passed over, are now rumored to fight an eliminator, though I'd love to see where/if that one takes place given Angulo's legal issues.

    Even if they do fight, then the next debate will be who gets Alvarez first - Vanes or the Angulo/Rhodes winner. Or are they forced to fight each other while Golden Boy purchases Canelo's next undeserved contender?

    I don't see any good coming out of this.
