I'm talking about guys who just look/looked like they just walked into the ring and looked spectacular as if they were born to do it with limited training. Guys who made what they did look effortless. Guys who put it all together without hardly breaking a sweat or losing rhythm. Example: Meldrick Taylor was fast as hell but did not look like he was trying to be fast, his hands just happened to do it whenever he threw punches. On the other hand, Ray Mancini was tough as hell, but it looked like he put a hell of a lot of time into being the "Good" fighter he eventually turned out to be. Other guys who just made their efforts look choreographed was Roy Jones and surprisingly, a prime Hector Camacho.
James Toney, Michael Nunn, Roy Jones, Floyd Mayweather, Prime Ali ('65 to '67), Joe Louis in his prime years.
I think James Toney might have worked hard to become better looking. Remember the fight against Nunn? He didn't look anything like he looked in later years. That leads me to believe that he finally took the game seriously and started acting like a champion. In fact, he went on to look pretty average against Reggie Johnson and sunday school teacher, Dave Tiberi, flat out beat him but was robbed big time!
