RJJ is like a smaller and less durable version of Ali. And at HW he was already diminished to an extent; the version that fought Ruiz would most likely get knocked out.
That fella in your sig is from Hounslow Anyway, I'd favour Ali but I actually think it would be quite competitive
Gimme Jones in that one. A shot Ali must be the most shot fighter in the history of shotedness. Even a shot Jones takes him.
LOL. If Jones ever got within a hundred miles of besting someone as great as Ali, I might entertain that.
I may be in a minority of one but I think Roy would pose Ali allot of problems. Ali couldn't lead effectively for shit and for the first time ever he'd be in with somebody faster than him to boot. Don't get me wrong - at some point Ali's gonna put something together and I don't think Roy will stand up to it, but it might be surprisingly awkward until that happens, whenever it does. All that said, Ali KO 6.
Dude..... (and thanks for saying Ali KO 6) Roy Jones at heavyweight WAS NOT faster than Ali at Heavyweight, not pre-exile Ali. No way, no how. Look at Jones-Ruiz and compare his speed with Ali-Liston/Williams/Patterson/Terell/Foley etc. Ali was faster. Ruiz made Jones look like a better Heavyweight than he actually was.
A prime Ali was better than Jones at heavy in every way. Jones gets far too much credit from some for cherry picking and beating Ruiz. Ali TKO5 Jones after clowing around for a few rounds.
