Damn Nonito was snapping those kicks. I love him saying his legs were already tired after 3 or 4 kicks. Where are those guys claiming MMA requires no stamina? :dunno:
I know you're not that stupid Trpl, I just know it. 1) If you're not used to kicking, of course it's going to drain more energy than it should. 2) Kicks use more energy than punches, generally. Punches are also safer, which is why MMA fighters tend to use more punches than kicks in standup. It's very, very rare to see an MMA fighter throw as many kicks as a boxer throws punches. 3) I don't think anyone said MMA requires no stamina, that would be ludicrous. The point is that boxers generally have better stamina.
Not wrong. Read the part that reads "punches are also safer" :: Kicks are less safe generally, that goes for take downs, counterpunches, counter kicks etc. Plus yes, they use more energy, at least mid/high kicks.
