Valero was a talentless bum as a fighter.

He could hit hard, but could do nothing else correctly.

He was a disaster waiting to happen in the ring, bottom line.

Okay seriously for a moment. A PRIME Ann Wolfe is 5´9 and weighs 160 pounds. Vic is 5´5 and weighs around 125-130 pounds when he steps into a ring. The physical difference is not even as big as you thought it would be.

 

Yep! Vic stops Wolfe in a minute or so.

 

PRIME Ann Wolfe Fought @ 168 lbs, Dude...Stepping into the Ring @ Close to 180lbs...Or is Vic the Only 1 Allowed to Come into the Ring HEAVIER than the Official Weight???...

The only male Vs female boxing match that's occured, an average male flyweight knocked out a larger, "good" female boxer with ease.

I doubt any other match is much different.

I'll pick a guy like Montiel to destroy any female fighter that's ever laced them up.

A female fighter could bust up the average thug, sure, but there is still an enourmous gulf in ability between male and female fighters. In chin and power as much as anything else.

Prime Ann Wolfe has a much higher body fat % and a much lower level of lean body mass per her body weight vs Darchinyan. Plus a lesser skillset, plus a weaker chin, and plus considerably less virilizing hormones. Darchinyan would knock her out and make it look easy.

In spite of what Hollywood might try to tell you, there are huge physiological differences between a man and a woman that make it impossible for women to compete with even average world class men in any sort of physical contest. Caster Semenya was a hermaphrodite with 3x the testosterone of your average female, and broke records as a female runner. Her fastest time was still slower than the slowest time of the last-place male runners.

Kid Fyre MacIntyre is too big, too strong durable for her to KO..
Any male should wear down a female fighter in a true matchup by putting his weight on her. Now it's possible a runner female could outbox a male, but no female will KO a male if it's a close matchup weight-wise and talent-wise, etc.
And if it's not, it wont be sanctioned.. Maybe on some indian reservation a trained female fighter could take a guy from the crowd and KO him..

Alvarado was v.good amateur fighter and trains alongside (sometimes..) Marlen Esparza, who I'm certain that Stinger has told yall bout..
IMO, she's USAs best hope for a medal in London.

Trainers who've worked Ashley out on focus mitts have compared her power to that of a welterweight.

Yes, Ashley moved around in the ring with Marcus Johnson. Marcus was firing back but it was just to move around, he didnt use any power on her.. God, he walks around at 185..

But, ALL the local female fighters spar with males their own weight. Most put it on them and when appropriately matched up, the males do not hold back their shots. Marlen has busted up most of the males in her gym, including Houston GG champs.

BTW, Ashley has dropped Esparza in sparring, but Marlen's amateur circling style usually "wins" sparring rounds..

Karl, do you think that Ashley could KO the bumms that Lou brings down from Texarkana/Shooters to build up his male fighters' records? Assuming appropriate matchups weight-wise.. I do, as most of them have only been in the gym for a month with no amateur bouts before being thrown in..

Not only would she take care of the "you haul and we fall" bums that Lou Savarese brings in: I think she takes care of Lou's somewhat frail and fragile looking Flores kid as well, a young man that has not impressed me.

Hopefully; she will listen to common sense and reasoning and put her career into high gear now.

For all of you folks out there: former heavyweight contender Lou Savarese runs club shows here in Houston that are simply dreadful.
