When Mayweather gets his jab working to the head AND the body it's a thing of beauty - sets everything else up and he is near unbeatable

Winky jabbed Trinidad a little bit. I don't know if it's my favorite, though.

Mayweather/Corrales, to me, was a showcase of Floyd's lead hook.

all set up by his jabs to the head and body imo. it opens everything up... then he mixes in lead rights along with his lead left hooks and with his speed you have no idea what is coming at you next

I also liked Tyson-Tucker, watching the squat Tyson outjab the much taller and rangier guy.

Hagler-Sibson is a superb example, well done.

    He chopped Sibson to shreds

"I didn't realize it was such a huge jump in class. But that class is a class of really only one man"
    -- Sibson, on Hagler

Yep. Poor Witherspoon head was getting snapped back so much he looked like a bobble head and was reduced to complaining to the ref about being thumbed.

And yes, Holmes' dominated Shavers with his jab. out of 22 completed rounds in two fight, Shavers was lucky if he won 3 of them.

yup, 3 rounds won and one of the most incredible knockdowns in history... an absolute bomb that would have ended the fight for 99% of heavyweights... Holmes had a lot of heart

It really was an impressive performance. Going into the fight, I didn't think Sibson could win, but I was thought he might give Hagler a decent fight and maybe extend him into the later rounds. It was no contest. And Sibson was no slouch....Hagler was just that damn good.

It was another one of those "Holy Shit" moments. It was looking like a replay of the first fight with Holmes dominating and Shavers getting almost nothing done...and the only question in the fight was would Shavers get stopped or would he last the distance, and then all of a sudden.....

And SIbson had a good left hook, a weapon he was banking on in that fight, he couldn't do a thing to land it though... one of Hagler's sharper displays for sure

definitely... what was it, the 7th round? Holmes is dominating, jabbing smoothly, looking great... Shavers misses with everything and then all of the sudden this looping right hand and BANG! Holmes looks like he is dead... amazing that he got up, survived the round and then spent the next 3 and a half cutting Shavers up

Brilliant. Perfect video to illustrate what I am trying to explain. The guy is absolutely masterful.

I was at the DLH-MAGO fight with Mayweather on the undercard when he knocked that guy down with a jab to the body after feinting a jab to the head! I said right then and there I was a fan for life.

case in point is the last clip on the video - corrales gets hit in the stomach with a strong jab and had been bending down and dropping his hands anticipating the jab to the body when floyd switches up and throws that lead left hook and catches corrales clean as a whistle

    Did you make that video?

    Marvin Johnson KO Victor Galindez.

Marvin kept pumping that jab in Vicious Victor's face, seldom letting him get set to unleash his big bombs and kep him pinned to the ropes with it.

Me too. In fact it was a showcase of Floyd's ENTIRE ARSENAL.
