As Faaaaaaaar as REED's Concerned, Ann Wolfe is the BADDEST Female Fighter of All Times, a Woman who'd Beat the Shit Out of Most REGULAR Guys Walking the Street...A Woman who Sparred Almost Exclusively w/DUDES...@ her Best, Ann Wolfe was 168 Lbs...Would She have ANY Chance Against a SMALL, World Class Male Fighter???...Vic Darchinyan, for Example???...

As much as I loathe the ratty little bastard and would root for the female, Vic would destroy Ann Wolfe. She wouldn't see round 2, unless he really, REALLY wanted to carry her and take it easy.

Laila Ali was Pretty GOOD, but U Could Still See the GIRL in her, Technique Wise...Ditto for Christy Martin, Another Exceptional Female Fighter...Ann Wolfe FOUGHT like a DUDE, Fellas...A Big, Strong, Tall, Aggressive, Athletic Fighter who just HAPPENED To B Female...

Vic Darchinyan's a Pint Sized SKINNY Guy, Whereas Ann Wolfe had a Better Physique than Most DUDES...Ann Wolfe would Likely have a 50lb. Weight ADVANTAGE & the Edges in Strength & Power that Come w/It...Conceivably, Vic Could OUTBOX Ann by Using Superior Speed & Distance, but if Vic Got MACHO (Which he Undoubtedly WOULD), REED Thinks Ann Wolfe just Might STRETCH his Ass

Most experts picked Laila to outbox her, as long as she could avoid the power..
But with Vic, he could take her power and outbox her as well.

Women are just not as strong, durable or agile as men.

Let ME train at a gym for a year with a good trainer and I'd knock Wolfe into next week...let alone a professional boxer.

 

Tennis, track and field etc are different to boxing. In boxing you have to be able to take the punches.

a woman can't take a man's punches, especially to the midsection. no way no how.

 

Women are soooo.....soooo....slow. The handspeed and reflexes are laughable.

 

The difference in boxing is perhaps bigger than in tennis but an average joe (such as you) would not beat the best females in boxing. A professional fighter of course does it, just like any scrub tennis professional beats the Williams sisters easily

To clarify...I know how to box. I've been trained. Now that's not to say that I've been anywhere near world class..but i know the basics. Plus I'm pretty athletic and pretty strong.

So combine that with a years' worth of dedication with a top boxing trainer...professional training and sparring....and yes..I believe I could take her.

I wouldn't beat her now..naturally not.


Also, i agree...some unathletic, weak scrub out there isn't going to beat Ann Wolfe either.

But what I'm saying is that if a strong athletic guy (of reasonable size..not a 5'0" midget) dedicates himself to boxing for a year....he will beat ANY woman in the boxing ring. That's my opinion.

And her midsection is RIPPED. She could take body shots for awhile..

But Ann Wolfe, in her prime, was more beastly than most men her same weight.

 

She's super slow like all women.

And no she wasn't more beastly than most men her weight. She was knocked out by another woman.

That alone would tell you her odds of winning this fight.

It's not as if she was some super indestructible force of nature who KO'd everyone in the first round like a Mike Tyson.
