Ive never seen Citizen Kane.

 

Saw it once....:goingmad:Greatest movie of all time?? Please..not even close...

 

I'm embarrassed to say, I've never seen 12 Angry Men... not in its entirety, anyway.

 

I have never seen Mean Streets

 

I know... hence, my embarrassment. And it's not like it's an all day affair, either. I think it's only an hour-and-a-half or so.

Never saw Mean Streets either, but Schindler's List needs to be watched immediately by those who haven't seen it yet. Oh and bring some tissues.

Two movies I'm proud to say I never watched: Grease and Dirty Dancing.

 

Dirty Dancing has fucked up my lfie more times than i care to remember - i despise it.

Between the ages of 17-19 our local club, The Paradox, used to end every night with a rendition of 'The Time of My Life' at 2:10am. This was the cue for every pissed lad and girl to get together for some drunken tomfoolery. NOT ONCE did i end up with anything other than a rancid horror who'd spent the night eating chips at the little cafe counter in there. I reckon my cholesterol was higher then than it is now, purely from necking countless grease-ridden monsters.

Slightly more recently, i'd managed to get a couple of dates with a very attractive ladyfriend i'd known and fancied for a few years. Tall, dark hair, and a boss body, and only slightly demented too. My dream woman, if you will.

All was going well, and she was definitely up for a bit, but then she decided that she wanted to watch that ****ing monstrosity of a film first. Christ knows why. I wsa literally trembling with a mix of excitement and frustration while we watched some daft nerd families arguing at dance camp. Her hand was resting gently on my lap, which must have been giving off as much heat as a Japanese nuclear reactor by this point.

Unfortunately, the only 'big finale' was on the tv screen, as i eventually succumbed to the ale i'd had, as well as the shiite i was being forced to watch. To my eternal shame, and her slight anger, i fell asleep. I woke up on her couch, and had to leave for work. Never did resume things with her.

Yes, I did. There were a lot of plays I've read and even performed in during school where I didn't see the movie, though. That happened to be one of them, although one where admittedly I should've seen by now.

 

Great movie.

 

This last two days I watch the 2nd season of SPARTACUS...good shit...:cheer: can't wait for season 3...
