Lol, the DeGale/Groves part was brilliant. George was getting do much abuse from James.

Are you really going to pretend Chunky won with his "Shit I can´t remember what I wanted to say?

Then he says he knocks him out in four rounds and Groves steps up "Shake my hand we make a bet" and Chunky is like "Oh Oh".

Then he kills him with the "Audley also thought he was going to win" and DeGale runs right into the "he was also a delusional gold medalist" to which DeGale quickly answers: You are a moron, moron, moron".

Groves doesn´t appear very bright and will probably get knocked out, but he still owned that interview.

The way you hyped that boy´s mic skills I thought I get some Ali, Tarver or Toney quotes, but that was just bad.

Huh? I thought Groves came out on top, just like I thought Hatton came out on top in the build up to the Floyd fight, just as I said for that fight though, it won't make a blind bit of difference in the ring.

DeGale comes across to me as being just a bit slow.

Groves looked like a Compere in a restaurant which catered to badly dressed queers.

I gotta admit, I buy into this hype after watching that video. I rescind what I said earlier about not buying non-world level ppvs. I'll buy this. :cheer:

The way Groves explains himself and his actions etc reminds me so much of Adam Booth it's scary.

I have to admit, Groves taking the piss out of Johnny Nelson was a highlight

"Do you wanna sit next to James, Johnny?". Nelson got tuned by Hopkins as well on the same show, wasn't his week

As much as Groves came out with probably the better banter, it's quite clear to see Chunky is getting under his skin, look at the frustration on Groves face when Cookys cousin does the bad breath thing . This is going to be a fun build up

That would ruin the sheets and the room would stink of baby-sick.

Better to go with a couple of well applied squirts of plain yoghurt. At least you can still sleep in a bed like that after Ms Brooke has served her usefulness.

A night with Kelly Brook could take place on a mattress of semtex programmed to blow 30 seconds after me, for all I care.

Slicey, I know we said before that DeGale was being funny and Groves' smack talk was laughable, but even though I've liked James since the Olympics, he came across as a dislikeable twat in that show.

His smacktalk was lame, and he came across as borderline retarded.

Honestly, he reminded me a bit of Floyd :scared2:

Only less jittery/bizarre etc than Floyd.

Groves actually handled himself better. I agree that James seems more under his skin than vice versa though, especially the breath thing

Agreed. It left me wanting Groves to knock his block off... but that might be the point.

They should put Brähmer and Cleverly in a studio. Math degree vs. highschool dropout, who chased down a grandfather in his car before he proceeded to beat him up, all while being on probation. Cleverly could own him in German without speaking the language.

Yeah it's difficult to tell. If it's all just an act to sell tickets, then fair play to him.

Is Brahmer that much of a delinquent?
