They show a lot of WBC fights live on here http://wbcboxing.tv/indexMex.html ...including one tonight betweeen Gilberto Keb Baas-Jose Antonio Aguirre. http://www.fightnews.com/Boxing/keb-aguirre-webcast-tonight-76738
Round one all Keb-Bass. Landed some decent jabs, hurt him and wobbled him in the middle of the round with a series of punches....JAA slumped intot he ropes a bit but wasn't out of it.
Feed died towards end of the second round...GKB was jabbing effectively before it happened, though not a terribly eventful round. JAA not offering much.
JAA spent most of round 3 coming forward, but not doing much, and GKB uses the openings...landed a few good hooks, a good right midway through the round that didn't land cleanly.
JAA walked into a good right-left midway through the round that seemd to hurt him a bit...GKB with a few solid follow up punches. JAA clearly too slow to pull the trigger.
GKB landed just about anything he wanted to in the fifth...some one-two's, opened up a bit but he's comfortable not taking a lot of chances, just taking advantage of the opportunities given....looks like he could put JAA away soon if he decides to.
JAA landed a couple decent rights in the sixth, but GKB still controlled it...some good jabs, hurt JAA to the body late in the round, JAA was against the ropes, blocks some lefts to the body with his elbow, but some got through.
Round seven was rather uneventful, making it a better round for JAA than most...GKB back to controlling the action in the eighth...good right-left-right combination as JAA was coming forward, a few more good rights later in the round...but mostly just jab-jab-jab. Fights over between rounds. JAA remains on his stool.
Edgar Sosa-Kenichi Horikawa will be on tonight: http://wbcboxing.tv/index_On.html <img src=http://suljos.tv/invitacion/inv52/inv52.jpg> http://www.fightnews.com/Boxing/sosa-horikawa-wbc-webcast-80202#more-80202
The WBC featherweight title bout between Hozumi Hasegawa and Jhonny Gonzalez will be streamed Friday night from Japan. http://wbcboxing.tv/indexMex.html <img src=http://suljos.tv/invitacion/inv53/inv53.jpg>
Nope, just someone who thought there might actually be interest on a boxing board in actually watching boxing. I know that doesn't apply to you when the fight involves boxers from Mexico and Japan, but perhaps there's others.
:: Like it. But I'd rather be wrist-slapped as a flagrant racist than to make up an interest in tweezer weights.
Figures that someone who watches even less boxing than Irish would chime in, and to comment on race (and weight) no less. Nicely done.
