Why? Gary Oldman's acting shits on Col sanders' acting. Gary oldman is a legimate bad guy. One of the best bad guys on film. Zod is to be the age of Supes dad, not the age of his grandpa.
I concede the age point. Agreed that "Sanders" is too old. But Oldman could never pull off Zod. never.
Russel Crowe has proven that he could play a good swords and sandals action hero....but no way would I cast him as ACHILLES for example. Ya get me?
I didnt say just villian, i said roles similar to Zod. The only example of Zod you have is Terrance stamp. Oldman has played Similar characters.
No not really. Crowe would play achilles just as good if not better than Pitt. That movie was horrible BTW.
See......this is where we part company. This is where we fundamentally disagree. This shows the root of our disagreement. It's not just about acting ability and success in roles that are of a similar nature...it's about FIT. Crowe wouldn't fit the part for Achilles (if you ever read the Iliad you would know this) and oldman wouldn't fit the part for Zod. We must agree to disagree I can discuss this with you no further.
