I moved back to England 3 years ago. I live in Brighton, about an hour from London on the South Coast.

Sounds like Florida is half way for GF and MWS.. There's a nice PAL Boxing Gym nearby that I can line up for a few hours. Let me know.

I won't be involved in the sparring, but I will have a laptop handy if anyone want's lessons on becoming a 4th Degree Blackbelt in the lost art of Keyboard Warrior Kung Fu.

Nah. I just do it to stay in shape. Although I wish I started at an early age because I have always been pretty good at it.

 

cool, you ever do any ammy fights? I boxed in the golden gloves as a teen, wish I would have stayed with it. I box to stay in shape as well. I give a little coaching to the young MMA guys at our gym, just the basics ya know.

 

Weather is great, I love it here. It's expensive to live here, which shouldn't be any surprise to you since you already live in Ca.

 

I think the MMA Forum could take the Boxing forum in a fight....just saying.

You may want to set your time frame a little longer then GF. The market shouldn't be showing any reasonable turnaround for at least a few years.

I grew up in a very small town, we had a volunteer fire department and the chief there used to box in the Navy. He let the local kids come by and gave lessons for free. It was pretty cool, none of us got real good or anything, but it kept us out of trouble. Well for the most part anyway.::

 

Man, I would have loved that.
