Except for movies like King Kong and Jason and the argonauts..which would have been enhanced with modern special effects.

 

Yeah fair enough....really old movies that are largely based on special effects maybe warrant a remake. Other than that LOOSE 'remakes' like Scarface which are basically just homages taking inspiration seem acceptable to me. Other than that, write a fucking script you dead beats.::

 

i think a Warriors remake could be interesting.

The only wants that I like to see remade are the ones based on novel that can be interpret in many ways. For example Running Man could be done again. Also some action flicks with better effects are ok, rest is not

 

Yesterday I was reading the synopsis of The Running Man book by King (Bachman).

It was very different than the movie.

 

very few movies do i actually hold dear.

if they re-made Back to the Future, I would vomit and then literally injure those who were responsible
