I disagree. Red Heat isn't great but it's very funny in places and Jim Belushi does a good job IMO.

Top ten would feature Twins for mine. Just an enjoyable film. Certainly better than crap like Jingle All The Way or Junior.

Ugh I just noticed you included Eraser. Poor show old chap.

    No love for Raw Deal?

  2. I thought Eraser was pretty good. James Kaan was in it! say no more...

I have to watch Raw Deal and Red Heat again. I've only seen each once and wasn't that impressed at the time. I've never watched Jingle or Junior and have no intention sof watching either. I'd rather see Arnold in action flicks.

  3. Predator's beginning to stretch his legs and put some distance between him and the rest of the pack.....

  4. StingerKarl

    StingerKarl Ace Degenerate

    Hercules in New York

  5. I haven't seen that one. I think he was 22 or so at the time. It's that good huh? Better than Predator, Running Man, terminator and the rest. I'll have to check it out.

i love Predator....for me it's one of the most rewatchable films ever made...i'm wondering if it's the movie that i've seen the most times in my life

plus the whole cast is pretty great

Anybody see the episode of Streets of San Francisco when a young mostly unknown Arnold was in it?

It was funny on WWF wrestling at the time as as they were sort of hyping the movie a bit because of Jesse's involvement. Ventura kept correcting Vince McMahon when he'd bring up Arnie's name ... "I'm the star of Predator!!"

Yep, Ventura was great at commentary.

My favorite part of that was when he says : this is for blowing up my ex wires house and gives the guy a little slap on the wrist.

    Underrated film.

Totally agreed with your post here. I thought Twins definitely deserved to be on that list over the horrible Eraser flick. That is just an unwatchable Arnie movie right there. I'd take Red Heat over Eraser. I do feel Raw Deal isn't that good, and personally I can't sit through Commando these days either.

Another great point I agree with. LAH was the bomb. I can't believe it got killed by the press. I was pissed when I finally saw it on HBO, because all the negative press made me not go see it in the theaters.

To this day I don't get why they were so negative about it. It reminds me of how they killed Bruce Willis for Hudson Hawk, it was like they didn't get either film and took them seriously.
