I nearly had tears from laughter watching the launching pad technique.

Thank you. I am glad I wasn't alone on that one. It was the absolute worse bit of coaching I've ever seen.

Honestly, I can now see why boxing fans make fun of MMA boxing.

I'm just glad most camps use far better boxing coaches.

It might be. lol If it is he needs to fire that guy. That was nothing but a sloppy off balance version of a one two. Not a good idead to leave a jab just hanging out there like that. What a dumbass.

Looked it up, it is not Lesnar's boxing coach. His boxing coach is Peter Welch.

    Whew.... That's a big relief..

I almost gagged when he said "No, don't pull the jab back, leave it out there...."

    WTF?

It's an awesome technique if you're looking to get a counter right hand upside the head.

that was classic, I still can't believe that was actually taught on t.v. I really think that just hurt Lesnar even more in the "credibility" department amongst hardcore fans. The casual has no clue.

Z, who is that coach then and why does Lesnar have him out there if he isn't in his camp?

I think it's Erik Paulson, he's just one of Brock's coaches. I think he's a submission wrestling guy.

It's funny because that 1-2 looks a lot like Brocks.

    Ramsey should win this.

Shamar is just fucking horrible. His pleading to Dana White was fucking pathetic too. Dana actually called his ass out too. Chris Cope is a very weak MMA fighter, but all he had to do is stuff those horrible td attempts and he got the win. JDS annoyed the shit out of me in that fight. I think he said "BEAUTIFUL" 20 times for shit that didn't even make sense. Neither one deserved a win, but thank God they didn't go to a third round, It would have been horrible to watch.:shit:

I knew Bailey was a one trick pony and if he can't get the TD he's done.

absolutely, and the funny thing is, his td attempts are just pathetic. Trplsec had better td's as a freshman in High School on the J.V. squad.:cheer:

Never wrestled competitively. But the football team did train with those animals. I used to complain about practicing out in 90 degree heat and 90% humidity until we trained with the wrestling team in a 16 x 16 room with no window, A/C or ventilation. Pure Hell.

By the way, Bailey should be embarrassed that he couldn't complete any takedowns. The dude was a D-3 wrestler..

    Go Cope

That Shamar fucking sucks. If you're going to be a boring wrestler, at least be able to fucking get him down

His takedown attempts were really feeble. Can you believe he didn't manage ONE successful takedown on Cope? Cope doesn't exactly seem like the physically strongest guy either. Bailey looks to have a very solid physique, but he is not very strong or explosive.

Ramsey should win this with ease, he seems like a good fighter actually, natural ability.

Ramsey seems to be the only one on the show worth a damn.

Hopefully the UFC retains Jury as well.

I stopped watching this show couple weeks ago because of work and cable being out but I gotta say as boring as it was it must be even harder for them to get people to watch now since Lesnar is not even fighting JDS.
