    I love this movie.

    I agree with X that this and Commando are probably the two most entertaining silly action-comedy movies that you can watch over and over again.

    Remaking this classic film is blasphemy!

    I can just picture him holding Leroy's head under water at the end saying "HOWS IT TASTE MUTHAFUCKA???"

    BTW.... if ANYBODY had to play the role of Bruce Leroy..... the logical choice IMO would be Chris Brown. But obviously theres no way in hell that takes place if Rihanna's corny ass played Laura Charles.

    Chris Brown would be stupid for Bruce Leroy. Leroy couldnt dance. He had no rythem. He was just a martial artist. They need to find an unknown again. Chris Brown can play his brother. But why? CHris brown is a terrible actor

    I can't think of ONE guy that could satisfactorily play Bruce Leroy, certainly not with the Taimak template in mind.

    I mean the Michael J White character (who played Tyson in that film) has the martial arts skills and physique (and onscreen youthfulness)..but he's not the pretty boy that Taimak was. Looks like the filmmakers would have to sacrifice something in any event..and completely redo the Leroy Green character.

    That is why i said unknown. Obviously you cant think of one, because there isnt anyone.

    I dont know why they cant bring Taimak back. Fuck the remake. Lets make a sequal. Taimak still looks great.

    Corbin Bleu (a Disney Channel Grad who was in All of those "Highschool Musical" Flicks) Would B a Pretty GOOD Choice for Bruce LeRoy, in REED's Opinion...He's NOT a Complete UNKNOWN, yet he's NOT an Established Star as an ADULT Yet...He's a Pretty Boy, Athletic Build, but Sort've a MEEK Demeanor, just like Bruce LeRoy....

    Here is my question. When i was younger, i felt the glow was real. Like everyone could see it. But as i got older, it seems like the glow was symbolic. Like it was all in Leroy's head. I say this because nobody else acknowledged the glow. Laura didnt come up to him and say "hey you glow man, im not sure i want that in me"

    Just saying.

    Eddie Arcadian SEEMED to See It...Right when Bruce LeRoy Starts Glowing, they Switch to Arcadian, whose Demeanor CHANGES COMPLETELY...& This is PRIOR to Bruce LeRoy Turning the Tide & Whipping Sho Nuff's Ass...

    EDIT, it's Right when Sho Nuff Attempts to Punch Bruce LeRoy & he CATCHES his Fist, when Arcadian's Demeanor Changes...REED Always Thought that Arcadian SAW LeRoy Glowing, but Maybe Not...

    Yes i know, but his demeanor could have changed because the fight is changing hands. it was never clear if the glow did that. He didnt have this amazing shock to see Mr. Nuff glow initially

    At the Beginning, when Sho Nuff Gets his Glow, Bruce LeRoy CLEARLY Sees it, Because he Looks Down @ his OWN Hands, Looking for his Own Glow:lol:...Arcadian Sorta Perks Up & Says "This is Theatre!", but he NEVER Really Addresses SEEING a Glow...

    REED Always Kinda Thought Arcadian Saw It Though...

    Good question. I began to consider the same.

    As reed said, leroy clearly sees it on Sho nuff's hands, and I'll add that Sho clearly sees it on Leroy in return...Eddie saw Leroy's "shadow hands" I believe...."Holy shit!!".

    Sho sees it too though. Look at the way he looks down at Leroy's body and says "what the fuck?!" when he starts to glow

    Perhaps only kung fu masters can see it

    I dont see him looking at the glow. I just see him seeing leroy differently. More of a threat. Like sizing him up again. Sho never acknowledges the glow. Not even his own.

    Not DIRECTLY, but he HINTS @ It (In REED's Opinion, Anyways)...

    Right when he Starts to Glow, Sho Nuff Does his Little Pose & Says "Yeeaaah...Play Times Over Now, Boy!"...It's @ the EXACT Moment that he Starts Glowing...Considering LeRoy had JUST Gotten the BETTER of him Seconds Earlier, there'd B No REALISTIC Reason for Sho Nuff to Feel Soooo Confident, Unless he SAW his Own Glow...
