My prediction are only these -
    A) if we get 90s into the 1st and Shane isn't going after a KO with a purpose and forcing violent 2 way exchanges, it's pretty much over
    B) If we get to the 4th and Manny is undented, it's definitely over.

My official prediction is obviously Manny by wide UD with a stoppage in the last 3 not out the question, like everyone else, but I really think Shane has a respectable 'punchers chance' in the first 3 or 4 if he tries to cash it. Better than the 10-1 odds say. If I was a bookie I'd have Mosley 9/2 to win and 5-1 for him to win by KO (ie it's basically his only chance)

TBH, I'll be fairly surprised if Pac stops him. I think Roach will have him fighting cautiously and Mosley is obviously very durable. Shane's power will keep Manny pretty honest as well.

  12. nonsense.

If Pac didn't fight cautiously against the more powerful De La Hoya he wont do so against the older Mosley who was utterly dominated by Mayweather recently.

This is the only outcome that would really shock me.

Prime mosley v pac would not last the distance

I think Mosley's corner stops it after the tenth round. Mosley will make it interesting for 2 rounds and after that it will be all Manny.

I'm leaning towards a Manny stoppage.

Firstly, Oscar ISN'T more powerful, IMO. Secondly Pac was fighting cautiously against Oscar until the last couple of rounds where it was obvious that Oscar was so drained he had NOTHING.

'Cautious' is obviously meant as cautious relative to Pac's natural style. Mosley's the most dangerous puncher Pac's ever faced, he'll won't be going in there gung ho, and barring Shane becoming exhausted (or turning up shot) I think he'll be kept respectful and honest.

If it didn't it'd be because Pac took a nap. No chance in fuck Pac KOs a prime Mosley or comes close.

I would never pick against pac in any fight, but if a prime mosley turned up vs pac, i would fear that a prime mosley would stand a great chance in beating pac before the 12th.

In the early stages of the fight, i can't see manny flooring shane. I can only see manny, later in the fight, having pressured shane so much that shane may be forced to take a knee, (has shane ever been forced to take a knee in his career?).

There is also a good possibility that manny will have landed alot of body punches that he lands and hurts shane enough to get the knockdown or knockdowns, late in the fight, to stop shane, but i think shane will lose by a wide decision.

Mosley was floored twice by Forrest.

I think Floyd could have stopped Shane too if he'd put his foot on the gas late on

Off topic but I just watched the highlights of Forrest-Mosley 1. Forgot how brutally Vernon beat Shane up, that body shot Forrest hit Shane with in the 10th that made him scream, Jesus. Top bloke as well Forrest, what a waste of life.

The corner or the ref will stop it around rounds 7-8.

I think we see this pretty much identically. I just seem to think the danger of Shane landing something big early is a bit higher than anyone else seems to.

Manny's an aggressive guy who gets hit (especially with the right) and if Shane lands like he did on Floyd, then suddenly this is a real fight.:scared2:
