Why does anyone give a shit? The fight has zero percent chance of happening this year. Who cares whose "fault" it is?

Days before Ellerbe publicly denied negotiations, he claimed there were no negotiations taking place.

Michael Marley is not only tight with Arum, he's a total Pac homer. He said that nobody at TR knew anything about any negotiations.

If Mayweather suddenly gets crazy motivated to fight Pac this year and they start talking about huge numbers...that proposed Marquez fight will be cancelled in an instant.

That's my hope...and I'm sticking to it.

Mayweather might do that...a month or 3 weeks before Pac vs. Marquez III....a bit toooo late to cancel. Then as soon as the fight is over, Mayweather will go silent once again..

big numbers? 50 MILLION dollar each.... huge PPV numbers, plus being involved with the biggest event in boxing since probably Leonard vs. Hearns..is not motivation enough?

The fight if it happen should take place in a DOME stadium..not OUTDOORs though...

I hear you. He should be motivated. I'm as annoyed with Floyd (and Pac to a lesser extent) for this fight not taking place as anyone else. Dont think for a second that I'm making excuses for him not fighting Pac. This is the only motherfucking fight out there that matters.

I just can't see it. He's avoided Pacquiao for a while now and he's not just gonna fight him now.

Mayweather should get incarcerated for not fighting Manny.

Manny's not blameless either. Throw him out of Congress.

    Until Clottey fight, Arum's fault

Marquez has Barrera, Morales, Marquez multiple times....and add it Cotto, Clottey and Margarito.....now had MAYWEATHER fought those three WELTERs back in 2006-2009 instead of running away from them...well at least Cotto, Margarito and Williams...

NONE...Mayweather could have fought them all in their primes but he decided to stay away and make excuses rather than fight them.

Obviously that means that Baldozar or Judah would beat Margarito or Cotto

    Margarito would struggle against both.

WOW...super...one of those linear champion was Carlos Bumdomir....had it been Paul Williams or Margarito...you wouldn't see Mayweather anywhere near those two...

Pacquiao beat up 3 of the best Welterweights since Trinidad/Whitaker/Quartey/Mosley/De La Hoya...not saying much but still...

BULLSHIT....Wrap or No-wrap Margarito would beat the living hell out of Bumdomir and Judah...with NO PROBLEM...

Margarito couldn't even win 1 round against an old Mosley.

Apart from straight bums ive never seen Margarito beat anybody 1 sided. His whole career is based off of the fact that Floyd avoided him for 8 mill to fight Oscar for 25

Mayweather first ducked Margarito by fighting Bumdomir.....nobody blames him for fighting De La Hoya..anyone would have done it. BUT then he goes on to fight Hatton at 147..again avoiding fighting any of the relevant TOP welters...

One minute Mayweather is all about the titles and unification...when bums like Judah and Bumdomir are champion...as soon as Cotto, Margarito, Williams have titles..he is all about the money and the biggest fight, etc..etc..

Not true, Mosley was not much fresher.

And Cotto barely won, 7-5 IMO.
