I remember when I was at the o2 for a UFC card a couple years back the cockey next to me just kept shouting 'smash heeeem oooop! smash heeeem ooop!' at both fighters through every fight on the fucking card. I eventually had to have a word with him. I wonder if he's there.
I don't mind it. If it's on I'll watch it but it doesn't really stir my blood. I liked it more at the time.
:: These guys have done so little as pros that their ammy records are being called out :: Lets hope this is entertaining. Shakespearean plot indeed. To jab or not to jab, that is indeed the question. :tick:
Tenantive sort of first round: not a lot thrown, plenty of feints and movement from both and a couple of decent shots each landed near the end of the round. MTF
Jim McDonnell burns calories when he talks, such is the effort. As for the commentary, Jim "Good Opening Round" Watt is in full effect. I fucking love these events. Its an open day for tom-fuckery and self-inflicted embarassment all around.
What Shakespearean work would you say the first round reflected best??/ Midsomers Nights Dream??? King LEER?? Groves The Fifth?? :dunno:
You know you are in trouble when you are being "out-witted" by somebody as glum as Groves. King George "The Glum" Groves. All Hail!!!
Good second round for Groves. Making DeGale miss a lot and landing some good shots. Jim Watt talking absolute bullshit as per. MTF
I think this fight will reflect Julius Caesar. Brutus Groves starting fast before being caught up to by Marco Antonio DeGale.
