It was a Golden Era. It should be talked up more. Wlad losing that Spring, then Jirov, then Vitali in the Summer?? Wonderful. Halcyon. Epic. Old Wlad managed to stick in another loss within a year. Of course then in the Autumn of 2004 the sports of Baseball and Football were invented and all was changed, utterly.
