When Manny loses it, either loses it good or loses it bad, its magic. His shit-fits with Wlad and Taylor are quite the sight, and his ranting in round 9 of Gatti vs Ward I was also classic.

"Ward need to go to the body".
"Ward need to go to the body".
"Ward need to go to the body"
"WARD NEED TO GO BACK TO THE BODY":bangh:.

The way Toney finds angles is just so pretty.

I liked Toney in the post fight interview.

He keeps yammering on to Chris Byrd while Lampley asks him if he'd fight Jirov again about 4 times.

That was an awesome fight. Lampley was surprisingly low key in this one. Glad Manny made up for it.

I meant in his delivery. Imagine him yelling BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG in this fight instead of the Clottey fight lol.

It was a Golden Era. It should be talked up more. Wlad losing that Spring, then Jirov, then Vitali in the Summer?? Wonderful. Halcyon. Epic. Old Wlad managed to stick in another loss within a year.

Of course then in the Autumn of 2004 the sports of Baseball and Football were invented and all was changed, utterly.

Before too long we had fights down at the Staples Center that, years ago, during a time we don't talk about, wouldn't have been fit for an undercard slot at the old Blue Horizon.
