To add to this... is this also your favourite heavyweight champ? It isn't for me.

Yes in terms of styles. I didn't want him to beat Bruno or Lewis tho for obvious reasons.

Early Tyson, is good for just plain old gratuitous entertainment. Marciano too, especially clips of his training routine, as much as his fights. Vitali in the Lewis, Johnson, Sanders and Williams fights is quite entertaining stuff.

The ones I rewatch most are, in order, Ali, Lewis, Vitali, Foreman, Holmes. Barring Foreman, they all are also my favorites

Louis has a lot of highlight reel KOs too. Holyfield has a lot of good two-way action fights. Bowe had his share of exciting fights as well.

You can't go wrong with any of the following (at certain points in their career, of course)...

    Frazier
    Tyson
    Foreman
    Holyfield
    Bowe
    Louis
    Dempsey

My favourite Heavy, Liston, isn't quite up there, but I love his work just the same.

mmm, no I don't think I did. Though the only argument I can make is that I don't rewatch that fight often

Tyson vs Bruno 1 and 2, Ruddock 1 & 2, Berbick, Thomas, Biggs, Tubbs, Holmes, Spinks, Williams and his 19 fight KO streak highlight reel. Tyson used to send guys flying with punches.

My favourite fighter is Ali, but for rewatchability, tyson no doubt.

Give me the Holyfield/Bowe trilogy over all those fights.

when is the last time you guys watched tyson - ruddock fights? great competitive tyson fights.

there is a counter right hand tyson downs ruddock with in the second fight that is just a stunning example of tysons defense, speed and reactions all rolled into one. When you see the replay, ruddock is like what the fuck where did that come from when he's sitting on his ass.

watch this video from the 1.10 minute mark to see the punch i talked
about. watch the slow motion cos it shows you from a couple of angles.
the second angle is the best.

I love both fights. (yeah the first one had a premature stoppage)

Not too often do you get to see two heavyweights in or near their prime with that kind of sick power landing so many bombs on each other.

Even in hindsight it's strange knowing the second fight went the distance.

It would be like Jackson and McClellan going 12 the way they fought.
