Damn, Johnson winning. Johnson applying intelligent pressure. Johnson looking good.

froch might have eeked out the first round...Johnson won the second...more active than Froch.

Froch is mostly backpedalling.

I think Froch actually did the better work in Round 3, but Johnson landed some jabs early and a half-clubbing right.

 

will be interesting to see if Johnsoncan keep this pace,,,,he's landingsneaky shots to the body.

Froch won round three to me but it seems like he's fighting harder than he wants. Johnson's fighting at his normal pace.

Froch is fighting in spurts...three punches then nothing for 20 or 30 seconds...Johnson is consistent and pressing the fight.

 

And while he is doing OK as he back-pedals, he makes it look like he is being forced to move by Johnson. It reminds me of Mayorga-Forrest, Froch is making Johnson look better and more effective than he really is.

 

Froch is fighting stupid...he's bending more and more at the waist...leaning into glen's punching range.

 

I like Johnson's consistency, I don't like spurt fighting.

I have Johnson ahead 3-0. Frock looking a bit crap tonight, not doing well with Johnson's pressure.

 

I disagree...

Johnson's pressing the pace. Watch Johnson's jab to Froch's body...it's sneaky but lands. Johnson's catching alot of his shots on his gloves.

Lastly...Johnson can box, Mayorga was a skillless brawless. Froch isn't half the boxer Forrest was. terrible analogy.

 

froch won the 4th in what was probably the clearest round for either man.

Froch loosening up a bit now, Glen blew a few times in that round.

 

You can bet if Froch were black and Johnson were white he'd be saying the exact same thing.

Froch won the 6th, just. Johnson landed two slow rights but Froch came back with a combo each time. Johnson is Fa-Fa'g now.

 

Good 7th round, possibly Johnsons.

 

Big 8th for Johnson, but Froch also backed him up. What do you like? Single bigger rights of Johnson or Froch's responses and volume??
