Ive gotten this question a few times. So ill just make this thread so everyone has an answer.
The best creatine IMO is something called opti APT....Its a local company made by this mad scientist lady who used to be a national level fitness chick.

Outside of that the next 2 best I can think of are something called Juggernaut and a new product called Plazmosis. Plazmosis is a new product made by king kamli (for those who follow bodybuilding) and alot of people are really liking it. Juggernaut is about a year old, but again it got great reviews from people who were using it.

All 3 of those are very legit creatine sources.
Here is a link to all 3 products:

    Opti ATP

    Juggernaut

    Plazmosis

Keep in mind, these might not be the best prices on the juggernaut and plazmosis so feel free to shop around. And im not sure if opti ATP can be found anyplace else beside their own site.

Some of the best creatine doesn't need a brand to be sold. Regular old creatine mono is very cheap and everything else isn't really worth it IMHO.

why do people use creatine? We already have that naturally in our bodies.

It's depleted through exercise and needs to be replenished. That's like saying why do people use carbohydrates, fats, and proteins when they already have them in their bodies.

I've never used creatine. Not at any point. Just use what I got naturally and even then, my natural ability alone helps me put up massive weights. If I started using creatine and protein powders and HGH, I'd be the massivest, strongest motherf*cker on the planet! :kidcool:
I'd be even stronger than you Buddy. I can do a BP of 320lbs and a deadlift of 465 and I'm not even a health freak nor eating for size and strength. I achieved all this through hotdogs, burgers and beer. I don't take any drugs whatsoever. If I did, I'd be so strong!!! I'd put LOK into the grave!

Buddy, what is your chest measurement and wrist measurement? Accurately please. I'll post mine. Gonna go get a measuring tape.
Did you know that you can tell a person's natural frame size just from the wrist measurement? Small frame, medium frame and large frame.

It's allot more difficult to get that strong without getting fat. Thats where some supplements might be useful.

How tall/heavy are you really hanz?

Most quality whey proteins already contain BCAAs.
