he looked weak after weighing in at a career low of 152 and some change. brewer landed a barrage of hail mary's.
Mayfield is an awkward and ugly fighter. I root for him since he's from around here and my friend is a childhood buddy of his, but he's not a fan friendly boxer.
The long layoff and late start probably didn't help. I thought his right hand looked good last night.
Don't B Surprised if Grady Brewer vs. Charles Hatley Happens Sometime Before the END of the Year, Fellas!!!.... REED:stir:
I'd guess Brewer would now imagine himself fighting in a more lucrative match-up than Hatley on the back of this victory
if, If, IF it's Offered, MORE Power to Him...But Let's NOT Pretend that Guerrero was Getting Daniel Jacobs Type of Hype of Anything... Most CERTAINLY, Brewer Should Pursue THE HIGHEST Money Fight Possible, but he's Also NOT All that Faaaaaaaaaaar Removed from a STOPPAGE LOSS to Erislandy Lara... AGAIN, REED Said "By the END of the Year"...Brewer Could Conceivably have 2-3 MORE fights by Then... REED:Lok:
Good Chance Brewer Gets KO'ed HIMSELF Too... For Those of you that Saw Hatley's Last Fight (vs. Chris Chatman), Please NOTE that Chatman had NEVER EVER Been Dropped in Sparring OR an Actual Fight...Nonetheless, Hatley had him on the Brink of a 1st Round KO LOSS, Not to Mention DROPPING Dude just Prior to the Final Bell, AFTER Being Floored Himself...Hatley's a PUNCHER... If U Want to Call Charles Hatley "Vulnerable", REED Won't Argue..."However", REED will GUARANTEE U that Charles Hatley is VERY DANGEROUS, Even in a "Vulnerable" State...DROPPING a Guy & FINISHING a Guy R 2 DIFFERENT Things....Hatley's an ACTION FIGHTER... Yep, REED's BIASED, but he'd B SHOCKED if Hatley LOST to Brewer...GREAT Fight & Sure, REED can See Charlie FLOORED by Brewer, but @ the End of the Day, Charlie would Win... REED:hammert:
REED, let's be real here. If Hatley had a KO loss at this point in his career not even you would be taking about him. He's fought nobody and was dropped and held to a draw in his last fight against some dude nobody has ever heard of.
Chris Chatman has a DISPUTED 6-round Loss to Demetrius Andrade, the 2008 United States Olympian...Aside from that, he's Beaten like 5-6 UNDEFEATED Prospects...While Certainly Not a HOUSEHOLD Name, it's a Bit HARSH to Call him a 'Nobody'... REED:Lok:
Agustus also hurt him and he's a tiny little dude and shouldn't be fighting that high (in weight) or otherwise :Lok:
