There is a small part of me that feels some sympathy for Haye. Not much. I get the feeling that the guy was trying to get paid, had no idea how to go about it, and then couldn't stop himself once he started.

He probably dislikes the fight game and privately regrets getting involved in the verbals.

 

Hopkins/Pascal was a much, much, much better faceoff.

 

Yeah and neither guy could speak English. Truly incredible.

I am sick to death of looking at Haye fights and looking at Wlad fights and analyzing it and dissecting it and listening to SKY and translating German articles. I just want the fight to happen, win, lose, draw. I'll be honest, Wlad losing to Haye would be a real kick in the balls for me and for the sport, not that it would be reported like that. Wlad owes to himself to discipline this pup once and for all.

 

Yea, this week needs to fly by and this fight needs to begin. The more I think about the fight, the more I see Haye getting his comeuppance.

 

Week will crawl by and we will be treated to talk about David's organic diet and Davids opinion on Macklin vs Sturm, Davids opinion on the situation in Syria and Libya.....:shit:

Wednesday. 6pm repeated at 9pm. Trust me man, I know it all by heart at this stage. Dizzy Rascal is also there. As is Mickey "Plastic Paddy" Rourke.

i am exccited as well. the heavyweight division is dead.... the fact that there are so many threads is just proof that this particular matchup is exciting and particularly interesting. when was the last time there were this many threads about a matchup? to be honest i think it's mostly been hype, i would love to be wrong (and i often am these days about boxing matches) but this should be a mismatch, but haye has talked himself up enough and seemingly gotten under wlad's skin that it may be worthwhile.

i think that either haye is better then we think and his talking has been valid, and he gives wlad a great fight... or he has gotten under wlad's skin and wlad puts on a clinic (as usual) but with a more violent edge to it. i think it is the latter, i think wlad is going to crucify haye and knock him out very badly.

Allan Green came off equally as confident as relaxed in the lead up to his biggest fights....we saw how far that carried him.

 

Manny is COOL....smiling through Haye's BS....Manny must have heard this shit a million times.

Disagree. Haye looks very confident if you ask me. Both men are supremely confident of a knockout. Methinks this fight is going to be good!!

Hopkins/Pascal was a lot of talking but it was relatively light hearted banter.

Haye vs Klitschko was intense! There was genuine animosity in the air and honestly, it really did look like Wlad was trying to contain himself and stop himself from getting up and swinging at one point. Haye was just looking him in the eye with no fear whatsoever and an arrogant smirk on his face and Wlad just wanted to tear his head off.
