I'd pick whiskey. He once instructed a fighter that you just must land your punches and don't let your opponent hit you. Following this plan I think I would do pretty well. I don't think anybody can teach it as well, I understood it immediately

Stinger. He trains Chris Henry and Juan Diaz. If not Stinger, then LOK. LOK has skills and even had Royce Gracie running scared from a friendly boxing match.

I don't even believe LOK could beat little ass Royce in a boxing match.

    Watermelon no hit back.

Royce's boxing is sh*t. Basically non-existent. He has no punching ability which is why he couldn't at all evolve with the sport of MMA, while everybody else added striking and Royce was left behind with his BJJ which most every fighter today has a grasp of now including the ones who don't even use BJJ but know how to defend against much of it.
LOK would f*ck him up if it was just boxing.

Let's see his fights that you must be basing this on. Anyone can say they are a bad ass, it's the interent. Has he ever actualy had a fight with something that isn't a watermelon? I would never pick some dude who posts on a message board to defeat any professional fighter.

No offense to LOK, he's cool and all but.....it's the internet. Everyone can be bad ass if they say so.

I'd pick any of the brothers on here but I'd insist that they mumble almost indecipherable phrases like Bouie Fisher in the corner. I'd probably have them audition and ask that they do their best impression of Howlin' Wolf reciting Herb Brooks' speech from "Miracle".

LOK was a trainer and a sparring partner for many. You can see in his videos when he's jumping rope and shadow boxing that he's got a respectable boxing base. I won't say that he'll beat Royce just out of respect for Royce but if we're talking purely hands here, I don't rate Royce's boxing at all. He actually didn't do any boxing whatsoever. He hit a few pads and worked the speedbag (looked awful doing it) and that's about it.

That Margarito defense, so subtle that no one can actually SEE it, including the guys punching him in the face

Gatti was also a master of the blocking punches with your face defense.

REED would train me, but he'd be more useful as my promoter setting me up with bums I would look great against.

Can you make me a star REED? We better get started.
