What's as impressive as a pair of big biceps is some sleeve tearing forearms. Anybody do forearm training? If so, what exercises and how many sets and how frequently do you hit them?
Not really. It can be added into your biceps/arm routine quite easily. 2-3 sets of wrist curls and reverse barbell extensions about 3 or so times a week.
Just because forearms can be easily added to a bicep workout doesn't mean they are necesarily beneficial for the purpose of boxing. Choking the chicken is 1, the other is using a curling bar while seated, your forearms on your knees, and simply lifting the bar up and down at your wrists
