anyone know about this and follow it? like not mixing proteins and starch..or protein and milk seems very weird not to mix meat together with potatoes or rice etc seems complicated and gay :dunno:

always made sense to me not have have allot of fat and carbs at the same time, and certainly not to have allot of carbs and then fat afterwards. Beyond that, i doubt it matters.
none of that is bad for you. none of these "combining this nutrient with that one is bad for you" claims make any sense from a human biological standpoint.. one more area in which science and fad nutrition theory are at odds with one another.
i'd like to read more about why it is bullshit i've see this all the time...it gets as bad as girls from work going for lunch and leaving behind potatoes, or exchanging potatoes for more vegetables..etc
