I agree PR. Nobody says it but I certainly see Man City as the biggest threat to Barcelona this season in the CL

    Partizan Belgrade 1-2 Shamrock Rovers. {2-3 on aggregate}

Rovers are into the Europa League proper.

Well there is a basic prizemoney then a whole shit load of other terms and conditions, ticket scalping etc. We don't know where the games will be played as of yet, Tallaght {pronounced Tallah} Stadium is not actually a Stadium. Its like one of those green-spaces where you throw down a jacket and let your dog off his lead.

So they will probably move it to the RDS or the Aviva Stadium.

Has to be worth £5m to them, one way or the other.

    Per Wikipedia:

    Prize money

Similarly to the UEFA Champions League, the prize money received by the clubs is divided into fixed payments based on participation and results, and variable amounts that depend of the value of their TV market.[15]

A group stage participation in the Europa League nets €640,000, with a €60,000 bonus per group match played. A victory in the group pays €140,000 and a draw €70,000. Reaching the knock-out matches triggers additional bonuses: €200,000 for the round of 32, €300,000 for the round of 16, €400,000 for the quarterfinals and €700,000 for the semifinals. The losing finalists receive €2 million and the champions get €3 million.[16] In comparison, any team that reaches the UEFA Champions League group stage will be paid €3.9 million.[17]

According to Marko Vjetrović, spokesman of Partizan Belgrade and a member of the European Club Association (ECA), the fixed payments for the 2009/2010 UEFA Europa League season were as follows:[18][19]
    1st qualifying round: €90,000
    2nd qualifying round: €90,000
    3rd qualifying round: €90,000
    Playoffs: €90,000
    Group stage: €1,000,000
    Group match victory: €120,000
    Group match draw: €60,000
    1st knock out round: €180,000
    2nd knock out round: €270,000
    Quarter-finals: €360,000
    Semi-finals: €630,000
    Losing Finalist: €2,000,000
    Winning the Final: €3,000,000

It might be Rovers fans first served, I wait to see how the tickets thing breaks down. It might be worth going just to roar abuse at the Spurs bench. I would be like ....."HA! HA! WANKFEST!!! THIS TIME LAST YEAR IT WAS THE SAN SIRO AND EUROPEAN CHAMPIONS INTER MILAN!! !!

    What did he do now?

When Mascherano left, he made sure to play in a European Cup Winning side and then apologized to Liverpool and dedicate the win over Manure to us.

    As for Torres.......:die:

Not sure about Bolton tomorrow.....they play a good keep-ball system and are well overdue a result at Anfield. Still feel that Liverpool were too-good-value-for-money at the Emirates, and with no Meireles to bring on, this could be, with respect to Arsenal, a sterner test. Thankfully the side are still bringing in new bodies, another CB and another defender will go down a treat. Krasnic and Davies will be their main threats up-front.

He did... he sat on the bench, came in in the 80th minute and promptly scored a goal to put the game away for good about 5 minutes later.

With Torres, Liverpool went there and beat them the following Sunday and he got subbed off, and then he scored once since, so that really took the sting out of it. Fabregas will get injured or something, don't worry, I think Arsenal are going to have a hard season with some sort of a twist in the tail yet. Yann M'Villa is rumoured to be close and Wenger made an astute but futile bid of £6m for Cahill.

Bolton announced that a bid had been made, and how much it had been for, which proves Cahill is for sale and invites further, improved offers, from Arsenal and from others.

For Arsenal I'd like Cahill/Samba and maybe Hazard. To be honest I'd like Tevez, but you know I also would like a blowjob from Kiera Knightley

I'm pretty sure it's putney bridge on the district line cal.

It may be a 10-20 minute walk from there, or a 5 minute journey by bus/car. I'm not sure if there's a bus going from the tube station to the ground.
