No. He agreed to 2 weeks out. Floyd took that off the table after Pacquiao rejected it the first time, stating that he'd tried to compromise but now fuck Pacquiao and Arum, that now it was random testing up to the date of the fight or nothing.

2 weeks is a hole big enough to drive a truck through, in any case.

Pacquiao has NEVER agreed to testing up to the date of the fight. And he most likely never will, because he's a cheating piece of shit.

Actually, Floyd's first demand was random testing up to the day of the fight.

2 weeks out was offered as a compromise to the Pacquiao team, and Pac rejected it. Floyd took it off the table immediately after, saying he'd tried to compromise and they were unreasonable, so now fuck Pac.

What PAC doesn't get to do is come back a year later after Ariza's figured out a new cycling protocol to fit the 2 week window and say "oh, hey, you know that offer you took off the table a year ago after we said no to it? We're cool with that now" and then claim to be "accepting Floyd's demands," thereby fooling chumps like yourself.

Whether you're a Floyd fan or a Pac fan, that is pbjectively what happened.

What's funny is you started off saying that Pac had accepted Floyd's demands, then when it was pointed out that as usual, you had no clue what you were talking about, you changed it to "oh well Floyd doesn't get to make the rules."

As for the video, it cuts off the rest of Floyd's sentence - which was likely something along the lines of "only if he takes tests" - and was obviously made by a Pac hugger. One who sucks at making videos. The person who posted this crap as though it were some revelatory find did so because they are crippled from the neck up. Iirc it was you, which makes sense.
