Thank you Reed! Finally someone gets what I'm saying

Of course Floyd has a higher ring IQ than Khan, but let's be honest he has a higher ring IQ than everybody out there today. Floyd is no spring chicken anymore. Khan as you say has youth, speed, range, a good jab, a trainer who can formulate a gameplan, the confidence which comes with being in the best form of your career, and unlike Hatton, the frame to move up to 147 and not be undersized. Who was the last guy Floyd fought who had these attributes?

Outside of Pacquiao, this is clearly the best fight out there

Well that's the point. If many people still watched Floyd and Mannys bouts, but they streamed it, there would be less money generated, and that would give both sides more incentive to make the fight.

As long as these other fights still make a lot of profit, then they're more likely to keep dicking us around, dangling the carrot in front of us.

Maybe you should change your opinion of MMA fans and it won't hurt so bad.

    WOW!!!...

REED's Expecting Pac-Marquez III to B a GOOD Fight, Particularly EARLY...Their STYLES Blend Soooooo Well that REED CAN'T Fathom a 1-Sided &/or QUICK KO Win in a Pac-Marquez Bout...

Pac's ALOT Stronger These Days & Probably Will STOP Marquez in the 7th or 8th, but Marquez will DEFINITELY CHALLENGE Pac & Have his Moments @ Some Point...Call REED an "Optimist", but this Might even End Up Being a F.O.Y. Candidate....

I haven't bought one since the 90's. I don't boycott fighters I've boycotted PPV's since I learned how financially stupid it is to pay that much money for a fight that usually gets shown a week later or that I can see in a bar.

I'll see the fight but I never pay for PPV's, it's just bad business and a bad investment.

It will be in Floyd's division. He's going to insist that Khan move up to fight him.

Floyd always needs an advantage. Every guy he fights is either over the hill (Mosley, ODLH), green (Ortiz), out of their best weight class (Hatton, JMM), or a straight up bum by comparison (Baldomir, Mitchell, Gatti). And I can do this to Floyd's whole resume'. The only guys he fought who were a good challenge and a possible threat and in their best weight class was Judah (I'm being generous here), Castillo, and Corralles. Castillo arguably won their first fight, Judah actually exposed Floyd for a few rds but still lost and Coralles got dominated.

So now do you guys see why the Pacquiao fight isn't happening? Pacquiao has no weaknesses for Floyd to exploit, just like Margarito, Cotto, and Clottey didn't. Those guys would be perfect next fights for Floyd to face if Pacquaio hadn't destroyed them.

Pacquaiao fights the contenders, Floyd fights the pretenders.

The pretenders must improve vastly after Floyd fights them, since they become contenders when Pacquiao is fighting them after they've lost to Floyd.

I had Maidana at #3 behind Bradley and Khan. In my eyes and a lot of other peoples eyes, Bradley defaulted on the number one spot by refusing to face Khan this year. You'll be hard pressed to find anyone who places Maidana above Bradley.

Floyd is one of the best boxers ever IMO

I can only hope PAC will man up and take the tests but he won't cuz he is on drugs!

Floyd can fight other fighters, if PAC wants to be a midget steroid freak then oh well...

When did Floyd fight Cotto, Margarito, and Clottey? If you're referring to Hatton, and Mosley, unlike Floyd, Pacquiao fought and KO'd Hatton at Hatton's best weight.

I'll give you the Mosley fight but then again Pacquiao deserved an easy gimme fight after all the tough WELTER WEIGHT contenders he took out of Floyd's path.

Who's Floyd fighting next again? Oh yeah, the great Ortiz. Nice how Floyd helped back up your point there isn't it?

He has you fooled like so many others. Seriously don't be surprised if he gets KO'd by Ortiz who in my opinion is actually a more dangerous fight for Floyd than Khan ever would be.

Oh wait, it wasn't Floyd that kicked Cotto and Margarito's asses to the point where many thought they were ruined, it was Margarito and Mosley respectively (and then Floyd beat Mosley after he kicked the shit out of Margarito). That changes everything, and makes them acceptable fights for Pacquiao.

Clottey is obviously a world class champion and would have beaten Sugar Ray Leonard in his prime, taking that kind of fight is how we know Pacquiao is great.

Who's Pacquiao fighting next again? Oh yeah, Marquez.. at welter .. 2 years after Floyd already whipped his ass at 147 and the Pactards said it was because going above 140 was too much for JMM.

Odd how the rubbermatch between Pac and Marquez never happened at a lower weight, isn't it? Let nobody say Pac ducked the rubbermatch, though, because he fought the ever-dangerous David Diaz instead.

Pac fought JMM twice before Mayweather got to him. How are you going to blame Pac for fighting DLH? You know why he fought him, and he was actually a giant underdog. $$ He fought Mosley because idiots were demanding he fight a Black american.

Also, they are in the same weight class, they are going to have common opponents.

And Pac arguably lost to him twice and ducked the rubbermatch, Mayweather shut him out 12-0.

lol@him fighting Mosley because "idiots were demanding he fight a Black American." Hopkins is the only one who said that and he sure as fuck wasn't referring to Shane Mosley, who never fight the slick black fighter mold, and who had already gotten his shit pushed in by Floyd.

He fought Shane because it was an easy fight. Remember that before Floyd fought him, Roach said Pac would only fight Shane at a catchweight of 142? Kind of like how before Shane fucked up Margarito, Roach said they would never fight Margarito because he was "too big."

But keep making excuses, it's funny to watch.
