Everton made it tough work for Man City yesterday.

Jimmy did you or Slice get my Facebook posts for the picks today? I made them in time, all bar for the Citeh game.

Nervy sort of a win for Liverpool, but a win is a win. Liverpool hit the woodwork twice in the space of 5 minutes at 2-1.

    Noo-Cassel for the ECL.

I didn't. Are you on facebook?

This weekend's predictions have been cancelled due to fightbeat going down.
Starts up again on the 1st October.

I got my good pal Marco Antonio Barrera to post them for me. He said rude things about fatty Milner.

Only yourself, Hitman and Caligula posted predictions, but this is the fairest way seeing as fightbeat was down. Even I didn't post my predictions.

QPR v Villa tomorrow, 4pm!!! No Darren Bent for Villa.

Bolton. Top of the table after one game in, with a +4 goal difference. Five games later, they are bottom, with a -8 GD.

Not very well. At home they could win, but on the road, Celtic are gash. Pants. Poo. Not good.

    Should win at home though.

Bah. Get ready for "We were by far the better team and should have had 15 penalties and Armand should never have been sent off and they were pants 1st half" from Neil Warnock.

QPR probably deserved a draw, alright.

Celtic are at home for this one. They have every chance to beat Udinese. Italian teams are very defensive minded and it'll be tough.

    I say Celtic 2-1 Udinese.

    Good point for the lads.

Bothroyd had a glorious chance in the first half. He's good at holding the ball up, has a good left foot on him, but is not good enough when required to score goals.

Was it/wasn't it a pen? Fuck it, a good point against a good team. Passed the ball great at times and dominated the first half. Fair play to Villa, they were strong in the second half and had good chances to score.

We did have many chances tho and could have very well taken 3 points.

Udinese have started their season well enough, with Di Natale their striker, on the scoresheet three this season so far, so watch out for him.

Udinese sold their best player to Barcelona, a guy called Alexis Sanchez, so thats a bonus for Celtic.

Technically, QPR haven't scored a home goal yet.

Richard Dunne's ninth own in the premier league. A record.

Yeah, Its an Irish thing. Him and Jamie Carragher have done it 17 times between them.

Jamie Carragher has scored the same amount of goals for Tottenham as he has for Liverpool...and he's never played for Tottenham

So this bloke said to me, "Can you tell me your availability to run a football team in Sheffield?", I said, "I can't manage Wednesday!"

Everton's cup tie against Chelsea has been confirmed for Wednesday, October 26. No surprise since they both are playing league matches on Sunday. :goodnews:

That gives me one day to fuck off to Wales. Never been to Wales. It should be a nice vacation from my vacation.
