Unbeaten Polish Gregorz Proksa dominated Sebastian Sylvester, stopping him after three one-sided rounds. Sylvester of course isn't much on world level, he was soundly outpointed by Sturm earlier, but he is a long-time contender and held the IBF belt recently.

Proksa-Sylverster had some similarities with Martinez-Barker. Sylvester, like Barker, isn't physically anything special, but he has a high guard, pretty good basic technique and a solid jab. Proksa on the other hand held his gloves very low and leaned forwards much like Martinez, though unlike Sergio Proksa came forwards all the time, twisted his torso, switched stance continuously and fired from every angle. And most of all, of course, he beat his opponent up. Proksa's punches are weird, but he seems to find home with them and has some pop, as this was his 11th KO in a row.

Impossible to tell yet much about Proksa, but I am interested to see him in the future. Check him out here:

Great, another awkward southpaw who keeps his hands low...this fight to me said more about 2011's Sylvester...good win on paper though...Golovkin vs Proksa, winner gets Pirog, lets see who really has the goods

Super G is the man. I've been waiting for years for him to step up his competition and show what he's got. This first test was passed with flying colors. Let's see how the next ones go.

Super G ate just about every jab from another southpaw Ouma...add some middleweight power on those jabs and he may not look too super

Seems a bit like a poor man's Joe Calz, but he's still young.

Sylvester looked totally inept. Didn't do a single thing other than stay on the outside and get hit with everything.

    He looks OK.

This fight doesn't tell much, Sylvester looked awful, offered no resistence at all.

Super G looks great. Reminds me of Calzaghe. Very good performance. Seems to have an a lot of confidence too which is a great thing.

    ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

I have set up a new organization which will campaign against the UNWARRANTED intrusion of these UNWANTED fighters into OUR sport

    All Transylvania Losers Are Shit {A.T.L.A.S.}

    It is OUR sport. OURS.

Why did nobody try to protect OUR SERGIO from the UNWANTED and UNWARRANTED attentions of this PREPOSTEROUS Baker guy??

Did you see what happened? Sergio got a bloody nose and was made to look stupid. We need some PROTECTION...this is what happens when you got no protection, no management, these scrubs are allowed to come over and do this.

Couldn't have said it better, I couldn't have said it at all infact, inhereted norse poetry because every tribe needs a man to invent a god for them, an almighty 'snow monster' for prayer.

Where do we go if this light-absorbing un-ripped unattractive punk gets a title?.. I might have to look into Flyweights, I'm sure it's decent down that way.........or as Illuminati said when the 168lb tourniment was announced,... "122 - now we're talking!!!"

OH MY GOD did you hear about this new 118lb power-punching 100% Inca WUNDERKID that is coming out of Peru? Undefeated KO ARTIST Eduardo Roberto Domingo Santiago Romero... he is 5-0 (5) and he is ripped to bits and has an attractive story. He struggles with anyone that has a jab but that just adds to the intrigue.

In other news, Carl Froch won a dull 12 round decision over unheard-of Andre Ward.

Carl sure knows how to throw a good press "HAYEMAKER" ... or perhaps his see-through graft.......makes the privilege difficult to cusp.. :crafty:

    Decisions, decisions...
