he means that what you believe in is evil and that you are stupid he is making the observation that those two things often go hand in hand, in other words evil is usually enabled to triumph because of ignorant duplicity
That doesn't make any sense. What would make one intelligent and not evil? Not believing in freedoms? Not believing in capitalism? Not believing in money?
Well, although I don't subscribe to significant parts of her philosophy, I suppose it's easy enough to conclude otherwise. But I specifically explained how I would apply my starting points in the next paragraph. So while I find Rand neither stupid nor evil, I sure as hell don't see how anything I said above would be at the expense of humanity or evil? His comment didn't make any sense. Loadedgloves?
We may joke...but MIKE TYSON is the reason many of us became boxing fans. We talk about the 80s being a recent Golden Era in boxing...well TYSON was the true excitement of the 80s, even Leonard was second to him in that regard.
Tyson's peak was before my time... I started watching because Lewis was getting a lot of ink up here. As a young boxing fan, however, I ALWAYS wanted to see Lewis beat Tyson up. Up until he stopped fighting, Tyson was the main name in the game.
:flip: Hut hates musical cleverness... he believes the proletariat can only rise when soothed by the 3 chords and off key, thin-voiced, heavy on the lyrics/light on the music musings of Lou Reed:bangh: Don't be like him... Listen to Hey Jude and say not "what is the message?" and say instead "how can anything sound so wonderful?"
Stay 2011 forever!!! Catch weights, lack of fundamental boxing skills, cherry picking and way too many "champs"...boxing the way God intended it.:: P.S. - I know you were kidding.
Listen you crazy Mick, if this was 1910 you'd be all like 'hey what the fuck Gris, all these shitty looking cubes and cylinders are meant to be a portrait? What up wit dat?'ointlaugh::stir: (BTW I'll concede, every album Lou Reed made after transformer was atrocious.athetic:) Viva 1981! (down with clown rings)
No!! Boxing is better now because Lindell Holmes fought Carl Thompson back in...ummm...damn...when was it??::
Winston Churchill - 'I didn't have time to write a short letter so I had to write a long one'. Iggy Pop>>>>>>>>70s Miles Davis, King Crimson & Led Zeplin combined, bhoyo :stir:

"I'm bored because I haven't learned enough about music beyond these four chords... rather than opening my mind and learning more, I'm going to act like I have chosen to be bad at music in order to hide my lack of knowledge and my overall laziness" -- The Deaf Declaration signed by Iggy Pop, Lou Reed and All of The Ramones, 1976:stir: (in all honesty, I can't stand King Crimson and their pompous English pretenses)
