Hopkins vs Dawson Prediction Thread!

Honestly Double, I didn't see anything of real consequence that either guy did.

Hopkins mostly just feinted and threw the occasional right hand, and Dawson worked more and landed an occasional shot but at no point did it appear that either guy was all that effective.

Dawson losing to Jean Pascal shows that he's just not an elite fighter. And his heart and desire is very questionable. Hopkins was Hopkins. We all know what he's about, especially at this point in his career. We didn't learn anything new about him tonight.

But what can we honestly say Dawson proved?

it was only 1 and a half rounds...of course not much happened. There were subtle things happening though and it looked to me like Chad was on his way to doing what he wanted to do in the fight. Dawson had Pascal GOING when the fight was stopped and in the rematch he will destroy him. He is an elite fighter and Hopkins quit because he felt what was coming.
