The injury may be legit. The question is did he initiate the process that got him "hurt"? I think he did.
He did. It was one his stock moves. the "lunging RH/ shoulder barge/headbutt/ clinch" combination EDIT: I forgot to add "shoulder barge" to my description. Fixed
My sentiments too. He needs to get out now. The notion of Bernard Hopkins getting out of boxing better than Roy Jones is profoundly disturbing.
They only do that in Germany, as part of an elaborate facade to protect the dignity of quitters. In America, as you know, healthcare is expensive, and the Urban community are often excluded from it.
The worst thing about Hopkins is when complains about rabbit punches and ;low blows, seems to happen to him every fight. Thats one thing im supprised he has never lost points over, cause he does it so much. He acts like someones whacked him in the back head with a lead pipe or something
Exactly, even look at the Roy Jones fight. He had a dead man in front of him and was still whining like a cunt to the ref about everything. He's supposed to be this tough hard guy from the streets who's old school. Yet the moment he's fouled back he cries like a bitch and milks it to the max.
I only think they keep hopkins around on ppv, cause it remind all boxing fans of era that was great for boxing.
