I may have said otherwise before, but I change my mind. I think Whitaker wins a decision here. It's close, but Whitaker frustrates Manny too much and discourages his offense.
Pac's speed and high output would trouble even Pea a great deal. The best ways to beat a defensive wizard are big reach or speed advantage. I pick Whitaker, but it would not be easy for him
Whitaker via close UD. Pacquiao would win lots of rounds on workrate and impressive looking flurries though. But I think Whitaker's skill and smarts pull this one off.
Nonsense. No one in the history of boxing is "on another planet from Pac", not even the beloved Ray Robinson. Pacquiao is a ridiculously good fighter.
If anything (which there isn't..as I'm a genuine fan of pac and have always been), it's "I better say nice things about Pac so that when Floyd beats him, Floyd looks like Superman." I don't think Floyd is scared of Pac and if he were...there would be no justifying it regardless of how good Pac is. A great fighter should have self-belief at the very least.
He's not, no pro fighter with anywhere near his level of experience is "scared" of another man in the ring. However what he is scared of is losing. Pacquiao provides by far the biggest threat to his 'O' in his entire entire career.
