Eggs with mayonnaise, in a sandwich, is more preferable to me than ketchup on eggs.

    "Brits" arguing about quality food?

Maybe you all need to take a step back for a second.

I never understood this...the vast majority of poor culinary habits the British have are inherited from the USA. In fact, American culinary influences on the UK are probably the only bad influence....with Chinese Indian, Thai etc influences being largely positive.

I'm with you on Mayo, cdogg.

Still, anyone who doesn't like a good, strong cheese is less man in my eyes.

The bad things are the health side of the equation, not the food itself.

Unless there is a pub attached nobody goes out for english/irish/scottish" food anywhere in the world.

Well the Irish never had any food to develop recipes with in the first place. So that explains that.

Also, I think fried beef served between a wheat based medium is very very very English.

I don't doubt the reasons, it doesn't change the outcome though.

    That said ...

One of the best stews i had was an "authentic" Irish one at a pavillion. I put authentic in quotes as i've never been to Ireland, but it was the best i had ever had.

It's pretty telling the amount of traffic a thread as ridiculous as this has gotten. Apparently, everyone would rather act like teenaged girls and talk about nonsense than discuss boxing. Pretty interesting.

And this from an admin, no less.

What kind of mustard is best, IYO?

It depends what I'm putting it on. If I'm putting it on sausage or brauts, then I prefer a brown mustard (Gulden's). But on corned beef, I prefer yellow mustard (French's).

And on occasion, I like unusually spicy mustard, such as English yellow mustard, or Bertman's ball-park mustard.

I'm not a huge fan of Dijon mustard.

The one thing I've learned about mustard is there's a reason it tends to come in smaller jars compared to other condiments. There's nothing worse than a sandwich or a burger with too much mustard on it. The key to enjoying mustard in all of its subtlty is to not over-do it.

  22. Mayonnaise is disgusting...I agree.

Cheese on the other hand is great, YOU HATE CHEESE??? WHY ARE YOU SO CRAZY??? CHEESE IS AWESOME!!!

The only thing cdogg eats is bread. Anything else gives him flavor overload.

  24. You don't like Eggs? You don't like cheese. What the hell do you have for breakfast motherfucker?

Btw...do you still value the life of animals as equal to the lives of humans?

  25. No. Some things are OBJECTIVELY delicious...BBQ chicken for example. Other things are objectively disgusting....BUCKLEYS for example.

However there are other things that you acquire the taste...such as OLIVES, Malt Beverages etc. You either love such things or you hate them...no middle ground.

  27. Most delicious meal on planet Earth is Boneless Curry Chicken with Roti: specifically Paratha Roti (Bus'up'shot)

I've had many delicious meals on Earth and this still reigns supreme.

    I don't like breakfast foods

As for the second, as it regards matters of torture, absolutely... Being human doesn't give you some divine right to purchase a nice dog, duct tape his mouth shut so he is defenseless and sic your pit bulls (whom you have already mistreated and tortured to enhance their natural assertiveness) on him so that he may be murdered in the most disgusting ways imagineable while you watch the proceedings ... If I saw someone doing that, I would very happily shoot the sick bastard ... McClellan was a fucking animal, I don't wish his condition on he or anyone else, but I also shed no tears over it, far more decent beings are deserving of real sympathy... I've no use for him

but I am also aware of something called the food chain, an entirely different entity

    probably too "hot" for me

    I don't do spicy... I literally can't... I get physically ill

  30. I can respect this post. I agree with it.
