Close fight but I had it a pretty clear 7-5 JMM - many disagree and saw it the other way. Let's see it.
the fight was 7-5 for pacquiao and I dont think it was that debatable. There were alot of close rounds, but Manny won 3 of the last 4, and for a fight I thought was even after 8, this makes it a close but clear win.
Marquez (61%) Pacquiao (27%) Draw (12%) Currently on fightnews. Anyone have the press row scoring?
My scorecards. Left Marquez, right Pacquiao. Draw. 9-10 9-10 10-9 10-9 10-9 10-9 9-10 9-10 10-9 9-10 9-10 10-9
Watch it ten times. Neither guy did anything. I hate the way fights are scored. A guy has to win clearly to get the round, not a little , a lot. There should be no debate about a round. I saw no rounds where either guy really dominated.
That's just the urine talking. Drink 4 ounces of water, take 2 advils and sleep 4 to 6 hours. Then we can talk.
ChrisMannixSI Chris Mannix Scoring on press row ran the gamut. Draw. Marquez by a couple. Marquez by a few. Very few people I talked to scored it for @MannyPacquiao Chris Mannix is a retard, so take that with a grain of salt
Marquez by at least 2 rounds. I cannot believe he didn't get that decision. Perhaps the judges were swayed by Manny moving forward, but he was running into traps and counters all night long.
Pacquiao was clearly frustrated and didn't look in control of the fight all...The only thing that stood out in that fight was Pacquiao getting clobbered with the right hand over and over again.
They robbed Juan, they robbed him. Im sorry, he didnt deserve a draw in the first fight, but this was unjust as well. No way in hell Pacquiao won seven-plus rounds. Just, no.
