I dont like this fight. Oscar would put Diaz away too quickly.

Someone make a Juan Diaz vs Carlos Ortiz MM. Ortiz would systematically, and slowly beat the fuck outta him.

 

Theres only ONE lightweight in history I'd root for Diaz against......... Paul fuckin Spadafora.

Well, it could be said he was a belt-holder and never the actual champ.

 

For what it's worth, yes Casa was the lineal champ at the time but I thought Diaz was the best LW in the world going into his fight w/ Nate Campbell. And Casa was pretty damn shameless in ducking both Diaz and especially Campbell.

 

Just being the best by opinion shouldnt make you the champ, though, except perhaps in very rare instances.
